@snow so it looks like you’re in very early stages then! It’s something to be happy about, because the earlier they can confirm its active, the earlier they get you on treatments, leading to less symptoms you’d get, and the less impact on your life. From my view, if there’s something they can monitor, the better the outcome. If the mri doesn’t show anything, it would possibly mean that they would have to look deeper into the causes, which would mean more tests and aggro. The mri would just be a means to keep an eye on you and monitor any changes, and the results from the lp would be a confirmation that they need to keep watch.
