My current employer has been marvellous. I went down with ppms, got about 3 months of full amount sick pay. I could no longer do my old job, just impossible. They got an OT to assess for them my capabilities. On that result they offered me a new contract, less hours less physical work. I took it, still dont know if that was the right decision. Anyway the job has evolved over the year into something that is going to amount to a health and safety junior management position. Im feeling a bit swamped by the learning curve already.
