My current employer has been marvellous. I went down with ppms, got about 3 months of full amount sick pay. I could no longer do my old job, just impossible. They got an OT to assess for them my capabilities. On that result they offered me a new contract, less hours less physical work. I took it, still dont know if that was the right decision. Anyway the job has evolved over the year into something that is going to amount to a health and safety junior management position. Im feeling a bit swamped by the learning curve already. What do you do when no matter how much you try you dont measure up to the old you and everyone is being nice. Log in to ReplyLeave a Reply Cancel replyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
