Watched a documentary

Hello

Don’t wanna keep you busy at this busy event.

But wanted to know your opinion about a documentary zi watched. Its unrelated to MS but if course everything reminds me of MS.

It says breathing oxygen we all need all the time.
But in a certain age it cause pollution. Specialy to the Mitochondria. And then if course the heart and mind is effected.

Is it possible that our bidy system isnt functioning goid enough while we breath naturally
And with every breath Mitochondria get damage and so is tge brain …

But, seriously, if you Google “mitochondria and oxygen pollution”, you’ll find all manner of learned articles on the subject.

It may suggest a definitive benefit of Hyperbaric Oxygenation Therapy (HBOT).

Nothing new there really, @nutshell88 .

We get old, we age, we die! The concept of free radicals has been known for some time, hence the rise in the term anti-oxidants in food and supplements. Anti-oxidants address the free radicals.
