the WOMAN who CHANGED her BRAIN

I have recently bought this book. It reveals discoveries in neuroscience that have conclusively demonstrated that by engaging in certain mental tasks, we can actually change the structure of our brains – which is known as Neuroplasticity. And small studies have suggested that it can help people with MS improve cogniive function – (some websites for those with very sharp minds -http://www.nature.com/npp/journal/v36/n3/full/npp2010187a.html & http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/hbm.10128/full).
I have a brain training game on the DS. Does anyone know of any other tactics to help train my brain?

Repetition of boring, difficult tasks is meant to help. The more you do it, the easier it gets as your brain’s neural pathways develop. I get bored though easily so it’s not for me 😉
