With much regret, I’ve got to admit that I need some exercise.. and probably need to ‘hit the gym’, for various reasons. I am in need of physio to maintain some mobility and stay in control of my weight. I’ve SPMS, use a wheelchair more and more, and am not confident about using gym equipment like treadmills or weights. Can anyone recommend a regimen that might work? Has anyone had any experience that they’d like to share, good or bad?
