Hi, I only got the OMS book and started the diet a month ago. So far no change but my skin looks great. Need to increase my exercise level, get vit D level right, do some more work on the meditation side but getting there slowly. Not expecting to see great changes but hoping to fend off another relapse. I was diagnosed 14 months ago during a second relapse, and had my last one this Feb when stressed and trying to return to work. I’m hoping to continue to improve and feel hopeful (isn’t that half the battle?) that things could change. Any tips and meal recipes/advice would be great!

I am a big fan of the book, and I’ve found it an inspiration.

I took my time adapting to the program, and left the fish oil and meditation til last. The more I read about vitD the more I’m convinced most people should be supplementing with it.

No dramatic improvements re symptoms yet, but it can take a few years before stabilising.
