Newly diagnosed RRMS happy tips

The shock of diagnosis can be overwhelming. Allow time for it to sink in. Feel angry, upset, scared, sorry for yourself. Cry a lot.
Then start to think about what you can do. Eat healthily, exercise, do pilates, yoga, practice mindfulness.
Laugh a lot – find the funny EVERYWHERE.
Enjoy your family and friends. Make work work for you.
Join in – be part of society: clubs, volunteer, become a school governor, set an example.
Diagnosis is not the end – it’s the beginning of a whole new way to live.
