Hi @nicky_mercadante and welcome.

It is a whole new world that needs to be understood. Have a look at the brochures offered under the “Newly Diagnosed” tag of this website :-

https://support.mstrust.org.uk/shop

And feel free to pose any questions you may have.

Hello @nicky_mercandante, well, if you get to understand what is going on with your body, let me know! I was diagnosed a year before you. It took me probably a year to get used to the new me. Now, I am better at accepting what is going on. I focus on having as top a quality of day as I can, I minimise stress, I eat healthily and exercise as much as I can, which is by walking a bit every day. Iā€™m kind of at peace with every thing, hope you find the same too šŸ™‚

@nicky_mercadante

Hi and welcome to the site.

Coping with and managing MS is a continuous learning curve, you’ll find some things work for you and others don’t.

What works best for you is what it’s all about.

Im still asking myself the same question after 15 years
What you better do is be gentle to yourself best you can i mean spoil yourself hehe but without any stress
Eat healthy and dont think about it much and please dont let it make you panic ever
