Iā€™d just advice you what I adviced myself and others. Live your life as you used to live it before daignosis and if you are unable dont over think about it so your inability never increase.
Worry and MS live side by side in our brain.
Eat healthy diet better not to smoke or drink spirits or fizzy drinks. šŸ˜Œ well you dont have to quit just reduce your intake.

I would say do lots of research on diet. Try not to stress (easier said than done) Get plenty of support and go through this website as there is loads of good info from lots of nice people. I am fairly new here also. Welcome šŸ™‚

Thanks everybody! Very much appreciated. I had one attack, i was only diagnosed a couple months ago. I am on the Ocrevus and overall I am doing much better but unfortunately the worry of the next attack is still in mind and bothersome.

@masteryass , the future can be a scary place for everybody. Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring.

Don’t spend your whole life worrying about things that may never happen. šŸ˜‰
