@hank , I’ve just started taking Magnesium (again) as I was getting extensor spasms in the legs. It was starting to make getting out of bed “interesting”.

I got mine from a supplier that I use :-

Other suppliers are obviously available.

I presently take 1,000 mg per day, started yesterday.

You have to try these things and make your own mind up. 😉

I don’t know if it helps but bananas are a great natural source of magnesium

Hi, I take up to 600mgs per day it really works for me also I use the magnesium spray which is good, I buy mind from lamberts because they sell stronger doses and they haven’t any additives in.
