@dannyj , I’m not a user myself, but there is anecdotal evidence that it is of some benefit to some MSers.

It’s like everything with MS, what works for one doesn’t work for another.

It’s relatively cheap and available in the UK, subject to having a private prescription. You could try for an NHS prescription, although most medical professionals won’t provide one. Your prescription can be dispensed by DIcksons in Glasgow (http://www.dicksonchemist.co.uk/new/).

@dannyj Yes, I have been using it for several years now.
I kept a detailed journal those days and I am very confident it did actually do some good, brought some stability and slowed the progression.
But that was a while ago, today, after several years of using it I am not sure I can say the same.

It would be a long process of stopping and keeping a record of how my condition develops. I don’t have the time, the energy or really want to go through that.
It is relatively cheap, so I will just keep taking it.

Started in 2004 and most of the modest improvements are still with me, so no plans to stop.
