@salma , MS fatigue is just another one of life’s challenges that we have to manage. Yes, it’s frustrating, but on the scale of all things wrong in this world, it ain’t too bad.

I do all the time i try to go to bed early but that still doesn’t help ive tryed so many things and still im lost

I take several supplements that are supposed to help with fatigue: NADH, Co-enzyme Q10, Alpha Lipoic acid. I also taken low dose naltrexone. Who knows if any of it helps? I have learnt to manage my fatigue. I am rubbish in the afternoons so make sure I try to do things in the morning. I have a lie down for 40 minutes in the afternoon, and often go to sleep, or just meditate and that seems to help – but of course you can’t do that when you’re working. ik
