Yes, they’re good! Don’t put them directly on your skin. They’re warm enough to go through a thin cotton t shirt and will last a few hours or more. They sell them cheaply in places like Home Bargains if you’re in the UK.

I use a cherry stone pillow that I warm up in the microwave! I am totally addicted. Bonus is the calming sound of the stones moving 🙂

I have also used capsaicin ointment (also known as pepper ointment, at least in Dutch), which is the active ingredient of heat patches. But that is very tricky to apply. You have to watch out not to touch your eyes. It’s literally like cutting chilly peppers haha.
