Full of it

I’m having such a hard time moving bowels, my adderall had been helping me move bowels but lately it hasn’t been working as well as in the beginning. Should I just start taking a laxative or should I ask my doctor first? This is so frustrating. I feel so backed up that now I’m looking into getting a colonic.

I have had some constipation and Bowel movement issues over the last few months.

I was advised to try some Senakot or Senna tablets, they have helped keep me more regular but still a struggle to pass easily and fluently.

@imagwms , sitting down isn’t exactly the correct position for us to take to empty our bowels.

I had fajitas last night for me tea, helped me get shut of a few days worth. Good old spicy 🌶 food does the trick every time only thing is can come on at any minute, fortunately for me I’d just got home 😂.

What does your neuro/nurse advise regarding taking a laxative?

The old squatty potty ad is, IMHO, one of the funnier ads on the web! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbYWhdLO43Q
