One of my feet is very painful when I wear shoes, as the merest constriction of the shoe seems to set off cramp in the toes. I am fine barefoot and in wide spread sandles , but I can’t find any style of shoe that doesn’t hurt. As it is deep winter sandles are not an option and the more I limp, the less I want to try to keep walking, which a vicious circle of inactivity, I want to try to break. Does anyone have bright ideas to keep me walking in the cold?
