Food Journals…..

Hi, do any of you keep a food journal? I started to do this as one of my New Year Resolutions.
I am a huge fan of spicy food, I love chillies in almost everything I eat. After keeping a track of my food journal, my symptoms started to flare up a lot every time I ate spice! I decided to give chillies a break for about 2 months and see if there are any differences. Unfortunately I’ve had a bad sensory flare up so I can’t tell just yet whether it is the chillies or not.
I was just curious to know if any of you do the same?

@n1t1 , there have been a few members that are following dietary regimens.

Food journals, or food diaries, are a necessary accompaniment to track progress and identify the food stuffs that cause a problem.

I started doing a food journal. I haven’t found anything specific yet, but would love to find triggers. This post reminds me to keep it up as I have been lazy and haven’t written in it for about a week.

Hi, I use to keep a food journal, because I have a lots of problems with certain foods, now I follow a diet without Gluten,dairy and suga its quite hard but I feel so much better on the diet.
