Fatigue is one of the major MS symptoms.

The only thing you can do is practice balance. By this I mean balance in your lifestyle, avoiding extremes and a healthy balanced diet.

Listen to your body. It’s very good at telling you what it needs. It’ll tell you if it’s tired and it’s best to comply with it if you can. So, balancing work, rest and play.
