disability benefit

I was diagnosed with PPMS 10 ago, my walking is very poor and as you all know, fatigue is an issue. I have put in a disability claim and just heard that they are sending a doctor to see me at home. What should I expect? Do I expect to get benefits? What do I tell them?

You should ecpect the Doctor to assess whether you are making a genuine claim!
But, seriously, he will just perform a quick check of your capabilities, e.g. muscle strength, mobility aids, etc.
DLA is usually provided to people with specific mobility problems. As MS is a rollercoaster of a condition, do relate to the Doctor the problems you experience when you are at your worst.

Hi Nick,
When the doctor visited me he asked about the upstairs of my house(Bathroom, bedrooms etc)and had a look downstairs, he then asked about everyday life (Work, shopping, self care etc) (as Stumbler said think about your bad days) I then had to walk around my lounge and then he did a simple physical on me (reflexes etc).
It took about 40 minutes and really wasn’t too bad!
