Do you watch what you eat, I was on the ketogenic diet, instead of running on sugar you run on fats, it’s meant to be more efficient I always notice a difference for the better. But there’s temptation everywhere and this last week I’ve had cakes buns, bread, you name it and I feel worse for it, inflammation has crept back and I wake up tired. Even more tired?!is that possible lol
I do think certain foods heal the body, and the foods on keto are unprocessed, natural foods.
