Anti viral herbs

Hi All, looking at natural ways to boost the body to help fight viral infections and thought this may be of interest to some people. I love my garlic. I know these are not a Quick fix. It may take years for your body to thank you but Mc Donald’s doesn’t come with a guarantee either!!!

@bensdad , now, this is an issue. MS is down to the immune system attacking our bodies. So, should it (the immune system) be boosted.

Here’s a similar issue:-

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a bit of honey to taste – à curry is equally good but added to your breakfast is magic

Hi stumbler, I’m not 100% convinced it’s our immune system attacking us? Early days for me!

I use elderberry tincture (home made) if I get any signs of a cold – only one cold in 5 years so far so it works for me. Heats the body up and makes it unfriendly for viruses.

@bensdad

Yes seen that from Dr Axe! Maybe if you think it will be helpful, let us know how your son gets on.. what amounts will you give him and i wouldn’t have thought a day would do it (quick fix) maybe take a while and lots of commitment and effort!

Thanks

Rachael

Because of MS, our immune systems are over-active in any case, so anything that boosts them further may cause symptoms.
