It never made any difference to me: while I was on Copaxone (2004-2015) nothing I did, ate or drank had any effect on how the drug operated. I usually did the injections before breakfast, but occasionally I had to wait till much later in the day. No difference. Enjoy your wine.

Offcoure you can, Copaxone isnt associated with liver metabolism. So you are free to taste a good wine. But remember – “Life is too shor to drink cheap wine”.

I have been on copaxone 4 years.
It works very well for me. Nothing in my life has changed. I drink socially and have taken my meds before, after and on occasion whilst I drink.

Never a problem

Copanxone is actually almost not a medication. It’s essentially a chemical compound that is made to simulate a biological compound that we have in our bodies, Mylin. Copaxone is not processed by the liver at all, so drinking with it will never be a problem. They are processed by the body in completely different ways.
