Advice please

Help….my husband is desperate to help me feel better, as a scientist he has different views on things to me. He is currently looking to see what stem cell treatment is available, anywhere. What are your views…I’m just a bit scared.

First things first, what is it that you’re scared by? We may be able to help ease your concerns 🙂

As far as stem cells go, they really excite me too, but they’re between seven to ten years away from being licensed, of course, you could always try and get yourself on a drugs trial.

My husband is looking abroad, and I really don’t know what scares me! Just feel out of control I suppose. Thanks for responding, just need to chat I think! so thanks.

I hate to put a dampner on your husbands searching on the internet, but there is a lot of rubbish out there. Dangerous, unproven and untested treatment, so I really would advise against going abroad for any sorrt of treatment, at best you’ll just be out of pocket for 7-8000 pounds, and at worst, you could be dead.

Sorry if that has just scared you, normally I’m not so dramatic, I just worry about people. I’ll send you a message with my mobile number if you want a chat, hopefully I’ll be able to help you make sense of things 🙂

As far as the feeling like your life’s out of control, who ever really is in control of their life? MS just unfortunatly brings that fact into sharper focus.

The gist of this article is that turmeric may aid the halting of ms, and ease symptoms. Also my blog article has research from The Lancet: http://djdsouza.wordpress.com/2009/01/12/what-i-do-to-fight-the-effects-of-multiple-sclerosis/

Hope this helps 🙂
