I’m going to be trying Gilenya and I know like most MS meds it will lower my immune system. Should I wear a face mask? Any feedback would be great. Thanks!
Gilenya (fingolimod) is a disease modifying treatment (DMT) for active relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis. It is prescribed as a daily pill and clinical trials have shown it can reduce relapses by around 50% compared to a placebo.

Has anybody switched from Gilenya to Ocrevus? If so what was the experience like? How is it now? I am on Gilenya and thinking about switching, I am not sure what to yet, just researching right now.
Hey! Been on Fingolimod (Gilenya) for 3 years with no issues. Had a blood test last week – results in today and my lymphocytes are at 0.3. GP is concerned and contacting neuroscience. Anyone else had this? Will they make me stop the meds?
