Strange sex experience; MS related?

This is rather awkward to ask about, but I'm wondering if anyone else, particularly females have had this happen: Everytime I have sex in the past few months (not a lot, but enough to be sure it wasn't a one-off experience) it seems like there is air being forced up my urethra. (continued below)

I go to the bathroom after, and it expels. From the location of the sensation, I am reasonably sure it is the urethra and not the vagina; I have had bladder leakage, and was wondering if it could just be a related thing due to weakening of the muscles that tighten the urethra to hold things in/out. Anyone else have anything similar?
