@yobece I see an immunologist every 6 months. I see my immunologist because my immunoglobulins, especially G are in the tank, meaning they are extremely low. This is a side effect of Ocrevus. It does not happen very often. I now have to have IVIG infusions monthly. This puts antibodies into my body so I do not get respiratory infections. You should consider seeing an immunologist as well if you get the flu that often. Have you had your immunoglobulins checked? My neurologist is the one that sent me to Jewish hospital in Denver and they specialize in everything. You do not want to get a respiratory infection. That's just my two cents worth. You take care of yourself and I will pray for you.Btw... I just started mavenclad last year. How long have you been on it?
@dolphingirl60 I took ocrevus for a couple years. my neurologist is putting me on the IBIG also infusions she’s gonna do it for six months so I guess once a month. and yes, my primary doctor also referred me to immunologist. I am going on my fourth year on mavenclad I did my first two years of treatment and I’ve been with no treatment for two years..
