Dizziness

I’m curious to know if anyone is taking anything for dizziness.

I occasionally take Benadryl, but I would consult with your doctor.

Meclizine - you can buy it at any pharmacy without a prescription. Please try 25 mg to start and see how you feel. If you don't see any improvements after 1 week you can increase it to 50 mg (double the amount). Start small though because it's still a chemical at the end of the day. Good Luck!
