First ever DMT - Nervous

Iā€™m about to start tecfideria tomorrow which is my first time taking a DMT. Does anyone have any advice or tips for taking tecfideria? Thank you šŸ˜Š

I started on Tec at the start of the year after 23 years on Beta Inferon (Avonex) now were are the end of July and everything seems ok so far. They warn you about short term side effects which I am sure they have done with you, mad itching and flushing for the first few days immediately after taking the dose, lasted about 15 mins, went on full dose after 2 weeks, had loose bowels in week 3-4 but only for a day or two, forewarned was forearmed and since wk7 no problems at all. Still flushing occasionally but I am 62 so well used to that and the weather the last two months has been the cause I think. As the heatwave has now broken you've picked a good day to start!šŸ˜
