Lemtrada
Hi all. I'm thinking about asking my neurologist about doing this treatment. Has anyone done it and if so has it been successful?

Hey x I took lemtrada back in 2017-8. Personally it didn’t work at all for me it kinda triggered my MS and made it much more active but with me saying that I’m not sure it was solely due to the dmd as I was under a lot of stress in those years.
I only lasted the first round of Lemtrada. I was unable to undergo the second round 12 months later, due to suffering the ITP blood disorder side-effect and subsequently a brain hemorrage. Another unwanted side-effect was thyroid disease, resulting in a complete thyroidectomy. I believe this is a highly effective anti-CD52 DMD but, perhaps much too strong for me, good luck to those who participated in this DMT.
