Teeth / nerve pain?

Hi all! I have had teeth pain get worse and worse over the months since being dxd. I thought it was the winter cold but here we are in nice weather and it is still happening. Could this be ms related or Trigeminal neuralgia? If the latter, how does one get diagnosed for something additional when ms causes so many random things? What has worked for teeth pain for ppl? Thanks to anyone who can help.

I have noticed since starting ocrevus (dec 2024) that my sinus flares up, running nose and more facial pressure including teeth pain. Last December was the first time my brain mri showed a sinus cyst. So far I have to take a decongestant and steroid nose spray daily to manage the discomfort

Go to a dentist get it checked out maybe the pain is more intense bc of MS but the cause might be something else?
