Most people look forward to the summer but I dread it as the heat increases the pain and reduces my energy levels, everyone normal out in the sun ☀️ enjoying the beach 🏖️ or bbq 🍖 or having a drink in the pub garden which saddens me I can’t do this anymore ☹️but I have to stay indoors in front of a fan , does anyone else get this?
