Yes! Many from carrying the burden of being my mums most fantastic eldest child. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

That’s where most of my pain is…. Sadly most of my lesions are on my lower back affecting nerves so it’s my back. I don’t take narcotics for it due to raising a 10 month old grandson so I try Tramadol or a muscle relaxers. Also just got a tens unit and it’s helped me so much!
