Eye exercises?

Hi-I've been prescribed some simple eye exercises from my physio, to counteract my nystagmis in my right eye (slower movement).They are: moving my eyes (gaze) from side to side with my head still, and up and down with my head still. Does anyone know any other gd eye exercises? Cathy

i was given the same thing to do but havent noticed any difference in my dizziness

I have had to do those exercises too. I roll my eyes as far left, right, up and down as physically possible. I read online that after doing these exercises, you should warm up your hands by rubbing them off each other then "cup" the palms of your hands over your closed eyes to warm them up. It's supposed to stop the acheyness.
