Heat
The UK is in heat hell. Anyone else struggle to sleep last night? I’m in work today and so underslept. I have an aircon unit but our apartment block is small and we all tend to stop all noise around 10pm… hosing sticking outside windows is noisy as hell!
Hi @mschadk yes exactly that I struggled to sleep last night. I was fine the night before despite the humidity because that's the day I had my Kesimpta loading dose. I'm glad you're looking after your neighbours. You might wish to plan ahead to manage Wednesday as it is forecast 39 with 36 for the days either side. Not sure what I'm going to do yet I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
