Help!

Hi, I was diagnosed with RRMS in August last year but was not given an appointment to discuss this and treatment options with anybody until this week (major eye roll). In my appointment I was recommended to choose between Tysabri, Ocrevus and Kesimpta, and due to being transferred for treatment to my local hospital I was told I had around 2 weeks to make a decision, but then a couple of days after my appointment the hospital called me because they had received my most recent scans from a relapse in Feb this year. Essentially they hadn’t realised just how active my MS had been, so I no longer have the 2 weeks to make my decision, they want it ASAP because they need to start me on a treatment now and can’t risk any delays. I’ve done so much research into all 3 of the treatments and I just can’t make my decision, I feel like there’s so many pros and cons to each so I was just wondering if anyone has had to make a similar choice or could share their experience of these? Side note, Tysabri appears to be the one that the consultants are recommending most for me as they said it works quicker than the others. I have had the JC virus test but have not had the results, but they have said if I choose that one I would be fine for the first 2 years anyway. I am so sorry for the long post!
