Like being hugged by a bear. Extremely painful so much that I've doubled over in pain every time I experience them.
For me, it hurts & it feels like I can’t breathe. The longest it lasted for me was 2 hours. Laying in the shower & having ice in my mouth was the only thing that really helped me. Just had to cry it out until it went away. If you have it, I’m sorry! It sucks!
