Does anyone else get numbness if they wake in the night, but numbness isn't there during the day?
Recently, I've been waking up in the middle of the night with a numb left hand/lower arm. When I move it, the feeling in it returns but then keeps me awake thinking about it. I started keeping a diary of symptoms and it's been on/off for about 3 weeks but only if I wake in the night (which is unusual for me).
@lucy11 I know it's a rather personal question...but here goes anyway... Do you sleep on your left hand side at all?
@Vespasian I initially assumed it was because I was sleeping on my hand/ arm, but when it happened last night, I wasn't. It is completely possible, that this has been happening for years, I just usually don't wake up! 😅 I think I'll try having an antihistamine tonight so that I sleep through
