Bad memory
Anyone else get hurrendous memory like it’s not just the oh I forgot this.
It’s I forgot my name, forgot my age, forgot where I live and of course always forgetting to take medications even with alarms and reminders and it’s gradually getting worse.
I feel like a walking dementia patient right now
