Help please: your take on hipothermia

Having mild infection signs and signs of hipothermia (temperature below 35). AI is driving me nuts with its: "you have to seek emergency services immediately" talk. What are your experiences with Sepsis/ infections? I'm still new to being immunosuppressed (Mavenclad Y1W15). How do you monitor yourself in those situations? Particularly when being/ living on your own? Any advice very welcome!
@Steve5

I go cold sometimes as well. Low enough that the thermometer reads error. I find something to steal heat from. Go out in the sun here in Florida. Turn the seat warmers on I the car. Whatever I have to do.I have not had sepsis and have so far remained healthy with the exception of MS. I still don’t get sick even though my immune system is suppressed. I would say contact your doctor if you feel there is an infection.
