Any tips on keeping mobility?

I try to cycle 2 hrs a day and walk for 30mins a day. I’ve looked at yoga, but it doesn’t seem to be progressive 🤷‍♂️

I find most benefit from working with a neuro physio. I'm working on strength, balance and muscle building - all of that will keep me moving better for longer

Yes that sounds good, I do resistance training also
