Repurposing of drugs - what do you want to know?

Hey guys, I would love to know more about Amantadine - I have started it for fatigue but have also found that (for the last week, at least) my walking is improved. I know it is used for walking in Parkinsons Disease - any evidence / any one else find it helps with walking? (it has helped my fatigue also, but no other MS symptom). Also Rituximab uses and indications with MS. Progressive only? Or RR/SPMS too? It is not licenced for MS in Aust (only for leukemia and lymphoma), but I think is used quite a bit in the US for MS?
