Hi everyone! I stopped Tecfidera in July 2025 and am planning to start Ocrevus soon. While on Tecfidera, I developed molluscum contagiosum (including lesions on my eyelids that had to be removed) as well as a persistent, localized oral lesion that hasn’t yet been fully diagnosed. This oral issue also appears to have affected bone density around one of my teeth.
 Both problems seem likely related to Tecfidera-associated immunosuppression, and I’m trying to get them resolved before starting Ocrevus. I also have borderline low IgA levels, and I’m wondering whether this could be contributing to the oral/mucosal issue. Has anyone experienced similar mucous membrane problems—oral, ocular, or otherwise—while on Ocrevus or other DMTs, especially in the context of low IgA or immunosuppression?
