Add Multiple Sclerosis to the NHS medical exemption list for free prescriptions

I want to start a petition – will you sign it? Add Multiple Sclerosis to the NHS medical exemption list for free prescriptions Add Multiple Sclerosis to the NHS medical exemption list for free prescriptions in England. The list has not changed since 1968. MS requires lifelong, expensive medications. Patients in Scotland, Wales, and NI get free prescriptions; England must update its rules to end this health inequality. The NHS exemption list hasn't been updated since 1968, ignoring modern chronic illness. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a lifelong, incurable neurological condition requiring continuous, expensive medications to manage symptoms and slow progression. In England, MS patients only get free prescriptions if low-income or unable to leave home alone. This creates an unfair financial burden and health inequality, as MS patients in Scotland, Wales, and NI get free care. The law must update to include MS.
