Usually like a pain all across my chest, there is a pressure to it too. It varies from very uncomfortable to very painful. Sometimes I get a more localised sharp pain in just part of my chest, the first time that happened it was on my left side so I thought I was having a heart attack and was going to die. I'm used to it now. If you are concerned I'd always recommend speaking to your MS nurse, neurologist or GP. It's unlikely to be anything sinister but I know for me worrying and stress isn't good for my MS so anything I'm not sure about I'll run past them if it's playing on my mind
