MS hug!? More like MS death grip of hell!
Newly diagnosed & experienced my first “MS hug” a week ago - that was fun! Any advice on what to do when I get it again? And does it always include nausea?

Wow not sure what to say because that has never happened to me in the pss as st 23 years I’ve had this not fun disease.
I haven't had the nausea, but I find if I cuddle a hot water bottle it doesn't feel so bad - but it could be it just makes me feel better - especially now it's a bit chillier
