My Story
Hello, I am the World's Strongest MS Warrior.
Story: When I was 11yrs old I was mis diagnosed and had 3 foot operations to "fix" numbness tingling and pain in my legs. It wasn't until 2019 that I was diagnosed with MS. By this time I had almost completely lost my ability to walk. I was experiencing a host of issues, blind in my left eye, no balance, vertigo, extreme fatigue, bladder issues, slurred speech, trouble swallowing and even occasionally blacking out. Nothing seemed to work correctly and the list of issues continued.
In 2020 I started working out but could only about 30 seconds on a stationary bike before feeling like I was going to pass out. Each day I pushed myself a little past my limits telling myself "just a few more seconds". Eventually that evolved into lifting. I now follow a bodybuilding/powerlifting lifting style and its my mission to be as big and strong as humanly possible. This alone has mitigated many of my daily symptoms.
Diet: I follow a very heavy protien and carbohydrate diet to not only meet my lifting needs but also to be healthy.
