On Monday Shift arranged for me to go to London to do some filming with Love Islands runner up Paul Knops! It was great to share my MS story with him over the course of the day. I was exhausted by then end of it but it was well worth it. I got to see the video last night and honestly my first reaction was to be self critical - one thing that’s not changed since my diagnosis in 2015! But that’s not a bad thing I’m all for being my best self, living my best life and I’ve def got the latter part down! I know shift is keen and as am I so see all your blogs, social media pages and posts talking about your experiences leading up to Christmas.
