Hi everyone 👋. Hope each and everybody is having a good day. Question.. can anyone suggest tips to ease the pain you get from facial pain, my right side has been hurting more than usual this recent week 😔. Thanks

I deal with nerve pain but in my feet not face. The same thinga night help though if you tried them: Avoid big protein hits Take Amertripterline Caffeine+ water little n often 8,000iu Vit D pd Ibuprofen Plenty slow release carbs Flare up = take Codine Effervescent electrolytes, zinc + VitC
