If they don’t give you anything a snack and drink. Some get cold during it so warmer clothing or a blanket and pillow to rest. My hospital gives all that so yours might as well but If they don’t better to have some.
Bring something positive to read, watch, or do. Download a fun or inspiring show, do some online shopping that rewards you for taking care of yourself, listen to a fave meditation. Welcome the meds and the chance to care for yourself with rest. Sleep isn’t great for me afterward due to steroids. Hope it goes great!
