šļø PODCAST IDEA ā LOOKING FOR A FEW MSers
I've been asked quite a few times now if I'd go on a podcast and just talk openly about MS. Not the polished medical version. The actual living-with-it version.
So it's got me thinking...
What if instead of one person talking about MS, we got a small panel together from completely different points in the journey?
š Newly diagnosed ā still figuring out what the hell just happened.
š£ļø Middle-road MSer ā been around long enough to know the terminology, the DMTs and where every toilet is within a five-mile radius.
š§āāļø Old-school MSer ā you've been doing this long enough to remember when some of today's treatments sounded like science fiction.
Then just TALK.
Diagnosis. DMTs. Symptoms. Work. Relationships. Exercise. Mobility aids. Fatigue. Mental health. The ridiculous shit our bodies do. Things we wish we'd known. Things doctors don't always tell you. Things the internet gets completely wrong.
No pretending any one of us represents everyone with MS.
No inspirational violin music.
No "MS warrior" requirement.
Just different people, different experiences, different stages of MS and some hopefully bloody good conversations.
At the moment I'm just canvassing interest.
Would anyone actually be interested in being part of something like this?
And equally important...
Would anyone actually listen/watch it? š
If you'd potentially be interested in joining the panel, comment or drop me a message and tell me roughly where you are in your MS journey.
I'm curious to see if there's something in this. šļøš§

I would definitely listen And/or watch this. I am one year post diagnosis with PPMS
I'm interested...
