So my work is doing a new yearly health questionnaire for "fit for duty" I have to check boxes yes or no, if I check yes, it wants date of last occurrence. My job requires mobility, quick thinking, and no relaps in the last 3 years. I was just diagnosed 2025. How would you check the MS box? That checking this box, you basically say you are not fit for duty??
